About me

Hello, welcome. I'm Jessica, advanced shamanic healer and teacher. The Medicine Wheel I studied and now teach, is based around healing practices handed down by the Q'ero shamans of Peru. The Peruvian Medicine Wheel as we know it today was developed by Alberto Villodo. He was taught by the Q'ero's and developed the wheel so that us westerners could understand the teachings easier.

The Medicine Wheel for me is the foundation that has carried me through my own healing and challenging experiences. The Q'ero and Inca refer to the Peruvian Medicine Wheel in terms of the four winds - the Tawantinsuyn. The healing journey starts in the the south and ends in the east. It is held by the grate spirit of Father Sky and Mother Earth.

We journey the wheel in a spiral with no beginning and no end but an expansion of ever-increasing levels of awareness and transformation. It is through the journey on the wheel that we heal not only our own wounds, limiting beliefs, fears and trauma but that we heal the nature of our relationship with Earth and all our relations.

The Gateways are sacred teachings and initiations that will enable and support you on a journey of self-discovery, self-healing and empowerment. You may choose to walk the path as a personal healing journey or you may wish to use these powerful teachings to help heal others.

​Having been initiated with many sacred archetypes and ancient wisdom. These teachings for me are now a way of life. It is a huge privilege and honour to be a Mesa carrier, wisdom keeper and teacher. I now dedicate my time and these sacred teachings and healing techniques to help heal and support others.

The shaman name gifted to me is - Shadow Walker which means - To walk in the shadows without being seen, finding things others cannot access. I am also qualified in Reiki, Rahanni, Access Bars and Be Activated (which is a form of physiotherapy) and I'm fully insured. I incorporate all these other beautiful healing modalities mentioned into my shamanic healings.​​​​
